1. Refunds for Reports

• Once a report order reaches the “shipped” stage , no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  
• Customers are requested to place orders carefully and with full consideration.
  

2. Order Cancellations

• To cancel an order, email our customer care team at snicgeotech@gmail.com within 1 hour of making the payment.
  
• Prepaid order cancellations after dispatch will incur a ₹200 deduction from the refund.
  

3. Timelines

• The timelines shown on our website are approximate.
  
• As all reports are individually and manually prepared, some delays are possible.
  
• Delays are not considered grounds for refunds.
  

4. Incorrect Data

• No refunds will be provided if incorrect details are submitted by the customer.
  
• Customers must verify all information before submission.
  
• If you email us within 1 hour of placing the order, we will update the details.
  

5. Subscription Services

• Any delay in activating subscription services will be addressed promptly and compensated on a pro-rata basis.
  

6. Products – Damaged, Wrong, or Returned

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us and return it in its original condition within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• Products returned after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  
• Damaged products caused after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
  
• If damage occurs in transit, we will handle the matter and arrange for replacement.
  
• Product images on our website may differ slightly from the actual product; refunds will not be issued for such variations.
  

7. Return Shipping & Courier Charges

• Customers returning parcels will have ₹200 courier charges deducted from their refund.
  
• If a prepaid order is cancelled after dispatch, ₹200 will be deducted.
  
• In the case of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) returns, the customer will be charged for the product cost, shipping, customs, and courier charges.
  

8. Gemstone Returns

• If you return a gemstone after breaking the seal, ₹350 to ₹1500 will be deducted.
  
• To avoid deductions, provide an authenticity certificate from a government-approved laboratory.
  

9. Phone Consultations

• Please ensure your phone is reachable during scheduled calls.
  
• Any connected call will not be refunded, even if the call is disconnected early.
  

10. Multiple Payments

• If multiple payments are made for the same order, the duplicate payments will be refunded in full without transaction charge deductions.
  

11. Transaction & Processing Charges

• All refunds will be made after deducting:
  
  • Bank and payment gateway charges
    
  • Shipping/courier/customs charges (both ways)
    
  • Any other applicable processing fees
